Hello! My name is Z-Shan Bhaidani and I opened Pocket I.T., LLC in January 2025 as my professional, yet very personal, method of interfacing with local businesses and organizations and serve their I.T. needs. My professional work in Iowa can be seen in nonprofits, printing presses, museums, architecture and dental firms, helping out local public educators and remoting into my in-laws' businesses in Eastern Iowa.

My work experience outside of Iowa comes from being the resident tech-guy for my family as we moved across the U.S.- starting in Illinois and ending in Iowa with a lot of states and mileage in-between. I've worked for firms in Iowa that have remotely serviced clients in every U.S. time zone and driven across the state to support clients with overnight projects.

I love problem-solving and troubleshooting, building and enjoying a loving household with my wife, creating a strong community with the help of others and now I'm looking to make a name for myself as a community consultant and tech resource. I genuinely don't view myself as having any competition in Iowa- my personal believe in myself + faith notwithstanding, Iowa has a lot of geographic space and low population density and a clear itch for a new way of doing business. By bringing an outsider's lens that I've sharpened with real world experience, I serve my clients with a clear sense of direction.

I use my voice as your business and technology advocate to ensure we build the outcomes you're looking for in both your business and your personal life. Pocket I.T. is my current model of giving back- charging a lower than market rate to help Iowan businesses fortify their tech infrastructure + deployment, expand their digital + physical footprint and keep dollars flowing into Iowa.
